Me (M): It's been a long time, i wrote the blog. 

Some Reader's Mind (SRM): Then, why the heck are you writing now?

M: Thought of sharing some incredible stuff which worked out in my life which i wanted to share with you all. 

SRM: Really, what it is about ?

M: It is about 'Nirahara Samyama', a wonderful experimentation of your body and mind.

SRM: What, say that again?

M: It is called Nirahara Samyama...

SRM: Sweet to hear that.. What is it all about?

M: It is a Samyama. Samyama means exploring and discovering your various possibilities and powers being centered on certain technique or spiritual process. Nirahara samyama means exploring and discovering our body's possibility without having any external input like food or water.

SRM: Wow, that is wonderful to hear.. But tough to follow.

M: Even, wonderful to follow. Anyone can try this.

SRM: No water even..? 

M: There are several levels in it.. One can start with 'Nirahara' which means liquid diet first. If they wish, they can try others later.

SRM: Only liquid diet ? No solid food ? How many days is that?

M: This samyama is as such for 21 full days.

SRM: Oh Man, 21 days, no food.. That is too much.

M:  Of course, since this is completely new experiment which many of us are not aware of, Swamiji suggested all participants to take break 2 times in 21 days. First break is after 2 full days and second break is 7 days after first break. So, including the break, it will be like this, 3 + 8 + 11 days.

SRM: Oh boy, that is good to hear. I should think about whether i can first be able to do it for one full day. I don't think i can directly start it for 21 days.. 

M: When you have an intention of trying this, the very decision is powerful which lets you to start and end with full enthusiasm. That is how, it happened in my case.

SRM: Without eating any solid and drinking only liquid diet, what are you going to achieve?

M: Again, this samyama is not intended as a dietary program or weight loss program or so. Of course, those will all be a side effect of this. The intention is letting everyone to explore the possibilities of their body without eating the solid diet and being aware of what is happening within them. It is like a experimentation or like a study of their body by themselves.

SRM: What to do if we get dizziness or migrane or some physical disorders when we do this.

M: Firstly, those won't happen due to the Samyama. If they happen remotely, one needs to follow the guidance given in the following website URL.

SRM: I have not done any programs with Master Sri Nithyananda Swami. Can i still do that ?

M: It is open for all. But one needs to connect to online Nithyananda TV either one way or two way. But the terms may change from time to time.

SRM: Do i need to apply for doing this? 

M: Yes. There is a consent form, one needs to submit if he/she is willing to do that. This is given in detail in the above-mentioned link.

SRM: Wow, that is very well organized. I wanted to give it a shot now..

Is that Negative or Positive?

Aah, got a good topic to scribble for the blog due to some recent conversation with one of my friend.
A baby started growing and now he is 2 years old. He is hardly able to talk few words.... His parents told him, don't eat dust. It is not good. He don't know what that mea...n as he is hardly aware of the words for communication.. He asked mom, what is good... Mom replied, something which is not bad, is good always. What is bad, he asked... Mom is confused how to answer this...

Mom showed a dog chasing another cat and told the kid, this dog is bad.. So, the kid learned that, the one who is bullying others are bad. Similarly, the parents of other kid replies to their kid for the same question, pointing that the cat is bad... That kid, learned that, the one who is running away scared is always bad.

So, the point is, what is +ve or -ve (good or bad) is in the minds of the people, not the object. It is purely subjective... Society frames a rule and says, this is good and this is bad. To live in a society, we need to know the so-called good and bad in that society.. For buddha, the one who doesn't fight, is the winner, the peace is ultimate. For krishna, who wins the kurushetra is the winner and urges arjuna not to scare away.., the peace is ultimate.

Good or bad is in the minds of the people. One more short story...

I know a guy who doesn't know tamil words, who is from north india visited some part of southern india. A passer who used to scold every one on his way in REAL bad tamil words. When all other local people got agitated and shout at them back, this north indian guy did not utter a word even... I admired his quality... Later that day this guy got agitated with his fellowmate who hails from the same place. Oh my god, what is happening here. I saw this guy did not reply to that mad man this morning but now, it is absolutely shameful...

I deeply ponder over that and found, in this guy's mind there is no bad words (related only to tamil). But lot of such bad words related to his local language in his mind... So, he is not aware of what the mad man scolded him.... So, i conclude that, whatever we say as +ve or -ve is not in the object we look at. It is inside us only... When i say, positive about others, i love them. When i say -ve about others, i hate them... The other one is same as usual...

It is me who is loving earlier, is now hating other... It is not other. Tell me one person in this world who hates other say something positive about others. Never yaar... Alright, don't want to bore you much... If any topics pass through my mind, i will write one more.... See more

Irresponsible Indian Media...

I would like to highlight and reinforce the 'irresponsible' behavior of the Indian Media which raises billions of question about the presence of the media governing body and its slumber nature in its regular duties in the democratic india.

May be, the higher authorities in the government and in the responsible positions need to go for a training class to know better about 'Democracy' and their 'roles and responsibilities' in running a democratic country.

But the sad nature of it is, the mentality of the government authorities are aimed at money, money and money only. Nothing else. They may even go to the extreme of asking couple of crores of money to join such a training session to get to remember their roles and responsibilities.
Am i an indian? Why i am yelling at my own country men?

Gone are the days to announce publicly that i am proud to be an indian. Even, if gandhiji lives now, he won't be proud to proclaim himself as an indian... He will even scared to be called as 'Father of the Nation' as the nation itself is heading on to nasty and dirty corrupted politicians.

Recent media's post on swami nithyananda is the best source to clearly understand the irresponsibility of the current indian media...

Though the sex allegations not cleared or proved by saint Lenin Karuppan either through legal means or through illegal means (which they tried a lot than the legal way) , the media should talk democratically about nithyananda. Instead of calling him as 'Sex Swami' Nithyananda, they could call him as 'Sex Tainted' Swami nithyananda as it is not proved yet and cannot be proved when he did not do such humanly or animalistic acts. A paramhamsa is the one who is not bound by any ideas or ideologies. But these fellows and the indian media (funded by many foreign institutions and other religion's institution) are trying to demoralize the people's belief on hinduism and hindu masters.

Sad part is, the current mindset of the educated people in india are tuned to listen to such negative news every morning, tries to curse our own culture by hearing such false allegations. The current indian youths have a complete confidence on the news relayed by the foreign-institution funded media, than the faith on their own culture...

So, who finally is going to reap the result. Think about it. So, i would request all responsible, educated indian young citizen to think, rethink about their valuable culture and not to simply believe the irresponsible indian media whose behind-the-scenes attitude will come to limelight one day.

What every indian should hate is not our culture, but the ideas we have developed about our own culture post British colonization. Every indian have lost the self-respect and hence he is completely astonishing about the other country men's approach. It is good to appreciate others, but bad to disrespect ourself and appreciating others.

This post is aimed to help my fellowmen to think about our root values and stand by the culture we have been brought up with instead of disrespecting us. If the media is under right hands, it will help the humanity grow. But under wrong hands as is now, it is aimed to colonize the country by creating a deep disrespect on ourself about us at our core values.

Swami vivekanandha quoted once as 'Arise, Awake and stop not till the goal is reached'. He meant the goal as 'realizing our own values which we have lost due to the invasion of the British troops (earlier) and Foreign ideas through Media Invasion (now).

Finally the one who is propagating such irresponsible news to make us believe that, is earning in billions of dollars.. We lost our basic values and of course, there by our self-respect, wealth and the trust among our own fellows too..

Say NO to irresponsible media news. Yes to the news only after proper discrimination.

Looking at the allegations on Paramahamsa Nithyananda: A Perspective study

Recently a month back, the sex-scandal allegations with a sample video clipping been aired in a private television channel in tamilnadu about Pramahamsa Nithyananda. I too got a chance to watch that clipping through youtube online as i do not have a cable connection in my home.

Here, in this post, i wanted to share my perception about the news and the happenings post airing. Since many people are writing blogs spreading negative news about the masters and other people, i thought, what if i write one to spread the incense smell amidst of the gushing and stinking smoke.. Ofcourse, the incense will be an incense, even if somebody's nostrils are blocked or defective.

As a independent and democratic human being, with bit of intelligence i would like to approach at this news about Paramahamsa Nithyananda and the common ideas that prevails among the human minds about this news.

1) Since some people have power and also have media in their hands, they air many things everyday. These days, major media channels (not all) wanted to use it to portray some as good and some as bad (based on their political + personal + commercial needs) and after a period of time, praise them and abuse others by portraying them wrongly. Those are common these days and nobody can deny that.

2) I am thinking why the responsible indian media channels airs some news or video clippings without knowing the source of it or even if it knows the source, without knowing the authenticity of the news. Thus i am haunted by a question, 'whether many of the indian private/satellite channels are really trying to communicate the real happenings to common people or wanted to use their viewer's emotions and mind against somebody whom they are not comfortable with.

3) Airing such news through mass media without knowing its authenticity could create a lot of emotions among a set of public and there by they can use that emotions against anybody they consider as a personal or political enemy.

4) I see, primarily there are three set of emotions happened among various people after the allegations on Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

• One set of people lost their temper without keeping their patience in analyzing what could be true and started indulging in the vandalistic activities.
• Other set started spreading rumors that this is the reason why we should not run behind the enlightened masters.
• Other limited set of people patiently questioned within themself in an un-biased way about the authenticity of the tape. Also, they raised a question within themself if the news is true as shown in the airing, what could be the real motive behind doing such activities or can a enlightened master indulge in such activities if so, why we accepted krishna as a enlightened avatar when the history clearly shows that he has got married to 16000 wifes etc.
  

All these three set of people are not devotee or disciples of Nithyananda or in long-term association with him but these are the common people who has developed different set of emotions at their heart after this incident. There are few disciples of him who also did not understand the truth and failed to use their intelligence. They quit him as if they have lost their intelligent thinking when they were associated with him which is truly sad.

5) One thing i found is, the life bliss foundation or Dhyanapeetam has aired many video clipping through youtube (1000+) with talks by master on yoga, shiva sutra, bhagavad gita, the meditations, healing, positive energy etc.. I have never seen any video clipping aired by them portraying wrongly about anybody personally. This lead me to question now, 'why many of local media that did not air those moralistic talks by master to make the public to lead a happier life suddenly started only airing some video clip that too with its questionable authenticity'.

If all the indian media channels really concerned only about the welfare of the society and its people, they should have aired only the allowable life-affirmative contents and not the negative news about a person until it is proven as true by law and order.

I could clearly see that the indian media shows its upper hands on its people and on the law and order also. Atleast in the case of nithyananda video clip, the television channels have overridden the law and order and have taken the authority on its own.

Almost every common guy knows that the majority of the indian politicians and ministers in rule has a notorious record of corruption and criminal charges against them. I could even say that 1 in every 2 ministers of state or central has atleast one recorded charges against him. But everyone of them has been given a chance for the bail or even release from the case and still he is doing his duties in assembly..

But even after the CID's interrogation fails to prove the allegation on master, why should the judiciary or law and order still keep him in judicial custody without giving him even the bail. If asked, they say that if nithyananda is given bail, he could tamper the records related to the case which will further complicate their chance of proving him as guilty.

A simple analytical calculation of last 8 years of public life on Nithyananda vs many of the history of the politicians in india would shed more light on the impartial approach on him by the law and order and indian judiciary.

Any common man who see these things could easily understand when such cases or even worst charges are there against the political or power people, they are given bail the next day and why not for Paramahamsa Nithyananda?

This raises a question to me whether the Indian Judicial system or IPC has any discrimination in their IPC codes between the power people, common people and enlightened masters. If so, how come the common IPC sections cases filed by the people on Paramahamasa nithyananda is taken into account for interrogation? If not that way and indian judicial system is impartial in its laws on different people, how does many of the indian political criminals could easily escape the law and judicial system with bail. Does that mean, the law and judicial system is deaf or dumb for some and strict on some or works based on bribery?

Post airing incidents (each news on Paramahams Nithyananda) clearly raises many questions to me why the law and order, common people, indian judiciary is completely partial in judging an enlightened master and not giving him a fair chance to prove his innocense.

I have heard sometime back that, one of the tamil news channel set up cameras in the place of a famous political leader in tamilnadu and portrayed his innocence during his arrest in his house by the ruling party leader. Some said that they used the media channel in their hand at that time to create an idea among people to view him as innocent and view the ruling party leader as autocrat to successfully win the vote banks for the successive elections.

Do Paramahamsa Nithyananda should similarly set the camera whereever he goes and capture the video with the dates to prove his innocense. In the policitical leader's case, they have known the arrest of him beforehand and did the arrangements but in master's case, nobody expected such allegations will be done one after the other.

Again, this blog contents is not to pin point the inefficiency of somebody or some system or indian law and order or indian judiciary. This is to throw some lights for the people to approach the news with bit of intelligence and not to completely follow and beleive in the news or media's wrong news.

ஒரு ஜீவன் முக்தனின் கதை

அம்மா வீட்டுல தனியா உக்காந்திருக்காங்க. ஏன்னா, அப்பா கண்ண மூடி தியானம் பண்ணிகிட்டு இருக்கார். அதுனால, தனியா இருகாங்கன்னு சொல்லலாம். வேற வழியில்லாம, அவங்கள தொந்தரவு பண்ண ஆரம்பிக்கிறாங்க. எல்லார் வீட்டுலயும் நடக்கிறதுதான.

அம்மா: ஏங்க விளையாடப்போன நம்ம பசங்க இன்னும் வரலீங்க, போயி என்னன்னு கொஞ்சம் பாருங்க...

அப்பா: போடி, உனக்கு வேற வேலையே இல்லடி. அவனுங்க என்ன சின்ன கொழந்தையா, விளையாடிகிட்டுதான் இருப்பாங்க. என்ன தொந்தரவு பண்ணாத. சும்மா இரு.

அம்மா: இல்லங்க, ரொம்ப நேரமாச்சு. போயி கொஞ்சம் பாருங்க... அப்புறமா தியானம் பண்ணுங்க.

அப்பா: போடி, இதுக்குதான் அப்பவே சொன்னேன், கொழந்தையெல்லாம் வேண்டாம்னு. கேட்டாதானே. நீயெ போய் பாரு. என்ன தொந்தரவு பண்ணாத.

அம்மா: சேரி. நானே போய் பாக்குறேன்.

அம்மா பசங்கள தேடிக்கிட்டு, விளையாடுற இடத்துக்கு வறாங்க. வந்து பாத்தா, பசங்க எல்லாம் பொம்மய வச்சிகிட்டு, நான் அப்பா, நீ அம்மான்னு சொல்லிகிட்டு, விளையாடுது.

அம்மா: நல்லா விளையாடுறீங்கடா கண்ணா. விளையாடுனது போதும், வாங்க வீட்டுக்கு போலாம். அப்பா தனியா இருக்கார்.

பசங்க: போம்மா. உனக்கு வெற வேலையேயில்ல. எப்பபாத்தாலும், பாதி விளையாட்ல, வீட்டுக்கு வா, வீட்டுக்குவான்னு தொந்தரவு பண்ணிகிட்டே இருக்க. நீ போம்மா, நாங்க இன்னும் கொஞ்ச நேரம் விளையான்டுட்டு வரோம்.

அம்மா: சொன்னா கேளுங்கடா. விளையான்டது போதும். வீட்டுக்கு வாங்கடா. உங்களுக்கு புடிச்ச ஸ்வீட் பண்ணி தரேன்டா, நல்லா சாப்டுங்கடா.
பசங்க: நீ போம்மா, நாங்க அப்புறம் வரோம். உனக்கு ஒன்னும் தெரியாது.

அம்மா: சொன்னா கேளுங்கடா. போதும்டா. வீட்டுக்கு வாங்கடா, இல்லன்னா அப்பா கோவப்படுவாருடா, வாங்கடா.

பசங்க: நீ போம்மா, உனக்கு வேற வேலையில்ல.
அம்மா, பாவம் பசங்கன்னு சொல்லிட்டு, ரொம்ப நேரம் வேயிட் பண்றா. அத பாத்துட்டு, ரெண்டு பசங்க மட்டும், அம்மாகிட்ட வந்து, சரிம்மா, நம்ம போலாம்மா, அவங்க, வேணும்னா அப்புறம் வறட்டும்னு சொல்றாங்க. அப்புறம், மூனுபேரும், இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் நேரம் வெயிட் பண்ணிட்டு வீட்டுக்கு போறாங்க. வீட்டுக்கு இவங்க மூனுபேரும் வந்து ரொம்ப நேரம் கழிச்சு, அப்பா தியானத்துலேந்து கண்ணு முழிச்சு பார்கிறார்.

அப்பா: வாங்க. எங்க மத்த பசங்களெல்லாம்?

அம்மா: அவங்கெல்லாம் இன்னும் கொஞ்ச நேரம் விலையாடிட்டு வரேன்னு சொன்னாங்க.

அப்பா செமத்த டென்ஷனாய்ட்டார். உடனே, கிளம்பி போயி, விளையாட்டு சாமானையெல்லாம் உடைச்சி எறியறார். பசங்களெல்லாம் பயந்து போயி, அப்பாகூட ஒடி வந்துடுறாங்க.
அப்டின்னா நீ யாருடான்னு, கேக்றீங்களா? அப்பா வரத பாத்துட்டு ஒடி போயி ஒளிஞ்சிகிட்ட சில பசங்கள்ள நானும் ஒருத்தவன். எங்கப்பாவுக்கு, ஒளிஞ்ச எங்கள தெரியாதுன்னு நினைச்சேன். தெரிஞ்சே விட்டுட்டு போயிருக்கார்.
இப்ப திரும்ப விளையாடினாலும் 'போர் அடிக்குது'. திரும்ப வீட்டுக்கு போலாம்னா, வழி தெரியல. அப்பாவோட போக பயமாயிருக்கு. அதுனால அம்மாவுக்காக வேயிட் பண்ணிட்டுருக்கேன்(அவரோட விளையாட்ட அவர் விளையாடுறார் - ஆனா அதை திருவிளையாடல்னு சொல்றாங்க).
இப்ப திரும்ப அம்மா வந்து வெயிட் பன்றா. அப்பா, அம்மா, தங்கை, அண்ணா, மனைவின்னு கற்பனைல உருவாக்கின பொம்மையவிட்டுட்டு வர முடியாம தவிக்கிறேன்.....

இப்படிக்கு ஒரு ஜீவன் முக்தன் ........

Is God a Truth or just a Belief

This could be a frequently contemplated thought in most of us. There are innumerable reasons why some of us has such thoughts and others do not have such thoughts in their mind. For god's sake, we do not need to look into that issue now.

What can we do when such questions arose in our mind? We can seek it and experience it or drop it and run behind something else. One should know how to seek. Noramlly we go to library to receive greatest ideas and knowledge from the books.

Firstly, if books can answer such questions clearly, most of the population in this world will be with deep clarity about it similar to E=mC2 equation derived by Einstein. Why books can't answer such questions? It is obviously an inner science and not an outer science. Outer science can be easily comprehended using the so-called 'Brain'. Where as the inner science can't be comprehended with brain but by heart only.

This gives us a clarity that the outer brain is nothing but a set of logical ideas about the matter or material world. Majority of the human inhabitants in this planet earth is conditioned to have such logical ideas since birth and hence anything which is contrary to its beleif is considered to be a contreversial topic.

So, controversy always exists in one form or the other in science also when new inventions or discovery is made.

Hence, seeking god is a step to drop the conterversial approach on it and explore into the unknown path or we can say that it is known by only a few. Seeking should start with approaching those rare individuals who has experienced the ultimate.

Certainly i could not help others to know the answer for this question but i can help the people to quench their thirst through my beloved master - Paramahamsa Nithyanandha. ஜீவன் முக்தி

சுவாமி நித்யானந்தர் அவர்கள் ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனும் ஜீவன் முக்தனாக வாழ, பல தியான முறைகளை வகுத்துள்ளார்கள்
முதலில் 'ஜீவன் முக்தர்' என்று அவர் கூறுவது என்ன என்று தெரிந்து கொள்வோம் பின் அவ்வாறு வாழ தொடங்குவோம்.
எவன் ஒருவன்

1. மாற்ற முடிந்த எல்லாவற்றையும் மாற்றுகின்ற சக்தியுடனும்,

2. மாற்ற முடியாதவற்றை புரிந்து எற்று கொள்ளும் புத்தியுடனும்,

3. எது மாறினாலும், மாறாவிட்டாலும், இவை எல்லாம் ஒரு கனவு என்கின்ற யுக்தியுடனும் மற்றும்

4. மாறும் இந்த அனைத்து கனவுகளிடையேயும், மாறாமல் இருக்கும் அந்த கடவுளின் மேல் உள்ள பக்தியுடனும்

தன்னுடைய வாழ்கையை வாழ்கிறானோ, அவனே 'ஜீவன் முக்தன்' ஆகிறான்.

இந்த உலகத்தில் வாழும் உயிர்களுக்கு எல்லாம் சக்தியுன்டு. அந்த சக்தியில்லயேல் எந்த உயிர்களும் இயங்க முடியாது. ஒவ்வொறு உயிர்களுக்கும் சக்தியின் அளவு வேறுபடும். ஆனால் மனிதனுக்கு மட்டும் சக்தியுடன் கூடிய புத்தியும் உன்டு.

ஆகையால், மனிதன் தன்னுடைய சக்திகளைக்கொண்டு மாற்ற முடிந்த அனைத்தையும் மாற்ற வெண்டும். அப்படி செய்கையில், சக்தியைக்கொண்டு மாற்ற முடியாதவற்றை, எற்றுக்கொள்ளும் புத்தியை வளர்க்க வேண்டும். இப்படி சதா சர்வ காலமும் சக்தியை கொண்டு மாற்றியும், புத்தியை கொண்டு எற்றுக்கொள்ளும் தருவாயில், ' நடக்கும் யாவும் ஒரு கனவு' என்ற உணர்வு மாற்றம் வரும்.

அந்த உணர்வு மாற்றத்தில் இருக்கும் பொழுது, மாறாது இருக்கும் ஒன்றின் மேல், பக்தியுனர்வு பொங்கி எழும். இதுவே ஒவ்வொருவரும் 'ஜீவன் முக்தனாக' வாழ வழி.

சுவாமி நித்யனந்தர் 'ஜீவன் முக்தர்களை' பற்றி கூறும்போது, 'செக்யூரிடியை' தேடி ஓடாத மனிதன் தான் 'ஜீவன் முக்தன்' ஆவதற்கு அடிப்படை தேவையை பூர்த்தி செய்கிறான்னு சொல்லிட்டு கூடவே செக்யூரிடியை தேடி ஒடிய ஒரு மனிதனோட கதைய சொல்வார்.

ஒரு சிற்பி மலையை செதுக்கி கொண்டிருந்தார். அப்போ அந்த வழியா வந்த ஒரு எலி, கீழ வச்சிருந்த அவரோட சாப்பாட்ட சாப்பிட்ருச்சு. இந்த சிற்பி உடனே, 'இந்த எலியை பாரு நம்மலோட நல்ல வாழக்கையை வாழுது. பெசாம நாமலும் இந்த எலி மாதிரி வாழ்ந்தா நல்லா இருக்கும்'னு நெனச்சான்.

சரின்னு, அந்த ஊர்ல ஒரு சாமியர் கிட்ட போய், ' நான் அந்த எலியா மாறனும்னு' கேட்டான். அவரும், 'அப்படியே ஆகட்டும்னுட்டார். அப்புறம், அந்த எலிய ஒரு பூன துரத்துச்சாம். அவன் இந்த எலியோட அந்த பூன பலமா இருக்கேன்னுட்டு, பூனையா மாறனும்னு நினச்சானாம். அந்த சாமியர் கிட்ட போய் கேட்டான். சரி, ஆகட்டும்னு அவரும் சொல்லிட்டார்.

ஆனா அந்த பூனைய ஒரு நாய் துரத்துச்சாம். ச, நம்மலவிட இந்த நாய் பலமா இருக்கேன்னுட்டு, நாயா மாறனும்னு நினச்சானாம். அந்த சாமியர் கிட்ட போய் கேட்டான். சரி, ஆகட்டும்னு அவரும் சொல்லிட்டார்.
